ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model Development: design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into suitable formats for model training and evaluation
• Model Training: Train and fine-tune machine learning models using a variety of data sources.
• Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features to improve model performance
• Algorithm Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate algorithms and techniques for specific AI applications
• Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into our products
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of model development and implementation processes
• Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning research and technologies to contribute to the company's innovation efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning development.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
